Fresh Shrimp Vermicelli Casserole-Materials:
Ingredients: Shrimp, Winter Noodles, Onion, Ginger, Garlic
Seasoning: soy sauce, rice wine, fish sauce, sugar, water
practice:
1. Wash the shrimp in water
2. Onion, ginger, garlic, chopped green onion and cut into pieces for later use
3. Heat a pan, add a little oil and saute ginger slices and garlic until fragrant
4. Pour in the shrimp and fry for about a minute
5. Add some rice wine and stir fry
6. Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar
7. Add 2~3 bowls of water, cover and simmer for about 2 minutes
8. Shrimp ready for use
