Baoding mung bean Vermicelli

Baoding's top pure mung bean vermicelli produced by Zhongnong is made of pure mung bean starch. The top-grade oil mung bean is selected, and the floating screening rate is as high as 30%. After special production technology, only the middle part of the mung bean starch is removed and refined. And through a test commissioned by the People's Livelihood and Environmental Technology Testing Center of the Research and Development Office of Jingyi University, it was identified that Baoding's top pure mung bean vermicelli can replace the total carbohydrates in the diet up to more than 6 grams.

The content of dietary fiber per 100 grams of food must exceed 6 grams to be classified as "high dietary fiber" food. Baoding's top 100% pure mung bean vermicelli has been tested to contain more than 6 grams of dietary fiber per 100 grams or called resistance starch.

Pure mung bean vermicelli made from 100% pure mung bean retains the original color and dietary fiber of mung bean. The taste is elastic and tough, suitable for hot pot or hot stir-fry dishes cooked for a long time.
