1949

In 2012, in response to the increase in production capacity of winter noodles and the need for comprehensive modernization, we purchased about 3,000 square meters of land in Nangang Industrial Zone to build a new factory.
In 2013, entrusted the team led by Dr. Zhang Zhengming from the Institute of Food Safety and Risk Management of National Taiwan Ocean University to guide the establishment of the factory, guide the factory to establish a plan according to ISO22000, execute forms and related documents, and assist in completing the verification process. ISO22000 and HACCP certification.
2014 is the start-up year of the factory's food safety. The whole factory has introduced the ISO22000 food safety control system. As a health and safety management standard, it has passed ISO22000, HACCP, ISO9001 and other verifications in November.
